Which shipping service does B.E.C. use?
B.E.C. can deliver by couriers such as DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX, EMS for prototype jobs. We also deliver overseas by air or sea for production orders.
Our default courier is DHL. There would be an extra fee for delivery if your delivery location is defined as a remote area for DHL. In that case, we would advice you to use another courier for a cheaper and faster option.

How do I know if B.E.C. has dispatched my job?
A dispatch notification containing the courier’s information will be sent to you once B.E.C. has dispatched your job and you can use the tracking number in the email to track the delivery of your job.
Can B.E.C. dispatch using my courier?
Yes, please tell us your account number in the courier, and B.E.C. can contact them once production has finished.
Does B.E.C. ship worldwide?
Yes, B.E.C. ships worldwide to many countries all across the world.
